• eBook updates - A list of Vawn Cassidy books now available from Library platforms. It's been a difficult and uncertain year for indie published authors. With the ever changing publishing landscape it has been difficult to walk the fine line between trying to earn a living and keeping all my content affordable and accessible for readers. However, a small ray of sunshine is sneaking through all the grey clouds and surprisingly it comes from Amazon. Most of us indies have a real love/hate relationship with our multi-billion dollar overlords. On the one hand they have given us a self-serve platform with its own eco-system, which not only allowed us to explore and publish niche fiction but they put everything in one place and brought readers to us, which has been brilliant and I, personally, have been grateful for that opportunity to build my author brand. On the other it meant often tying ourselves into exclusivity contracts so that we could access Kindle Unlimited, even when they keep lowering the cost per page reads. However, they've finally decided to throw us a bone. Although we're still not allowed to sell our eBooks in our own stores or other main platforms if we are exclusive they are now allowing us to enrol any of our KU books into other library platforms. I double checked this with Amazon customer services myself. So I am now very happy to announce that all my books (barring my webstore exclusives) have now been uploaded to the following platforms.

**Please note that Hoopla has long processing times so although books have been uploaded they may not go live for a while.

Moving forward my publishing plan for my eBooks is as follows:

Main series books, ie Dead Serious, Haunted Hotel, Little Shop of Curiosities, Belong to Me & London Underside will have a pre-order/early release in my official store www.vawncassidystore.com and then will release on Amazon, Kindle Unlimited and the above mentioned library platforms.

Webstore exclusives, ie Death & Chan (plus three new spin-offs to be announced shortly) will remain permanently only available from my official store.

I have also added the Guardians series books I wrote as Wendy Saunders. These are in the process of being tidied up and re-released with new covers to bring them more in line with my Vawn Cassidy Books. For anyone who is unfamiliar with the Guardians series, this is the story of Olivia, the witch who appears in Dead Serious #5 and Dead Serious Halloween special, she will also be playing a role in Harrison's story The Little Shop of Curiosities. The first book Mercy, is completely free to download from my store or any of the main platforms including Amazon. The rest of the series is being added to Kindle Unlimited as each book is re-released. At the moment these are books which have been released on the library platforms.
